Once registered for a summit or masterclass, we will send you a ticket, tax invoice and confirmation email within 48 hours. If payment is not made at the time of booking, an invoice will be sent which is payable 14 days from the date of booking. We do not charge surcharges for credit card payments. All payments must be received by the event date. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event if payment has not been received.

In the event you are unable to attend the event you are registered for, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place at no penalty. Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will provide a full credit to be used at another ThinkTank Media summit or masterclass provided we receive written notice no later than 7 days from the event. Your credit must be used within 12 months of the cancelled summit. No credits will be issued within 7 days of the summit or in the event of non-attendance on the day. There will be no refunds given under any circumstances.

ThinkTank Media will endeavour to ensure that this event program advertised at the time of booking is correct. ThinkTank Media reserves the right to alter the program or venue prior to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will update the event webpage as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event due to an unforeseen circumstance, Act of God or other circumstance which would make the running of the event impossible, illegal or impractical. Act of God circumstances include but are not limited to flood, fire, war, extreme weather or other emergency. ThinkTank Media is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event.
